BABY EXPLORER

(Age 18 months – 2.4 years)

Our Baby Explorer program is designed for children ready to take their first steps. This is a time in a child’s life of many first experiences. Our program encourages children to use their minds, bodies, and senses in a very experiential learning approach that helps them to begin making sense of the world around them.

Each day brings exciting new challenges and experiences that are designed to develop your child physically, cognitively, and socially.

The Baby Explorer Program focuses on:

  • Language Development and Communication – Story time, words games, following simple directions, songs
  • Physical Development and Coordination – Crawling, climbing, jumping, dancing, puzzles, block stacking
  • Imagination and Creativity – Role-playing with items to stimulate the imagination such as kitchen sets, play food, tools, etc…
  • Self-Expression – Artistic expression with water paints, modeling clay, sand, and crayons
  • Social Development – Making friends, sharing, working in groups
